Our wines are produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, located in the far northeast corner of Italy, bounded by the borders with Austria and Slovenia to the north and east respectively. The most important viticultural influence given by the region's topography is its position between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, alternating both a Mediterranean and an alpine continental climate.
Cølibrì Spumante is crafted with grapes from our own vineyards, cultivated organically and in the most sustainable way possible. We implement techniques such as green manure but also enhance biodiversity using beneficial insects and solar panels for producing most of the energy supply needed
